The Beginner Blueprint
The Beginner Blueprint is my take on how you should start your weight training journey. If you have never followed a structured training program before, or are stuck for what to do when you go to the gym, then this is for you.
This style of program is how I have started hundreds of my clients on their weightlifting journeys, and you can see the kind of results they get elsewhere on my website.
I see so many people doing the wrong kind of training too early on - this program is perfect if you don't know where to start, or need to hit the reset button on your training.
The 12 week program is broken down into 3 week cycles, each building on from the last one. Each workout is hyperlinked to youtube so you can see all the exercises at the click of a button.
There is also a section on nutrition so you understand how to structure and plan your food - from lists of foods with their macro content, how and when to weigh it for better accuracy, and simple equations that are set up to match each stage of the training program to get you the best results throughout.
That's just over £4 per week of the program. Which works out at just over £1 per workout.
