- I'm training to climb Kilimanjaro. I liked your Eight Weeks To Fitness Programme that you have. It fitted really well in the time frame I had to train for Kilimanjaro and I thought it would be the best thing to get me ready to climb. It's actually been a lot more fun than I thought it would be. I've actually really enjoyed coming and getting fitter and training with you. You're really fun to talk to. It's surprising isn't it? And you give me good recipes and good food advice, which I like, as well as actually training. I'm a lot stronger than I thought I would be. I've got a lot stronger than I thought. I ever would get. Is it the prowler?
- The prowler 100%, the pushing and the pulling - eugh That has not been fun, I definitely feel I'm ready to go. I feel much fitter and healthier and I also feel like my mindset as well, I feel like Martina has pushed me enough, so I know that I can keep pushing myself. I know that when I am climbing I can just keep going.
