Please read and understand the following before commencing training with H+ Performance":
Our promise to you:
1) I will always support you throughout your time with H+ Performance to achieve your goal.
2) Use me like a resource – all things fitness and nutrition is what I have chosen to specialise in. There is much conflicting advice in this field and whilst you may have read things in magazines or been told it by friends, please always consult with me before trying anything you are not sure of, or would like to understand better.
3) I will constantly update my knowledge and training to provide you with the best service possible.
Compliance to your programme
Please understand that your results will be a direct reflection of how much effort you are willing to put in, not just in the gym, but also in terms of your lifestyle choices, such as making time to follow the nutritional protocol you will be set and getting enough sleep.
I highly recommend scheduling your workouts into your diary and treating them as non - negotiable!
Expectations
Please make use of the check ins - communication is very important with online training. Fill out your training in as much detail as possible on TrueCoach as we will discuss all that has happened and make the necessary adjustments in during the check in process.
Feel free to contact me during regular working hours via WhatsApp or Truecoach (9-5pm Monday - Friday) and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Nutritional and Supplemental Advice:
I understand that all nutritional and supplemental guidance given by H+ Performance is undertaken at my own discretion.
Invoicing and Payment
All client payments will be processed via direct debit each month. Please understand that as a small business we do not have the flexibility to delay payment.
Cancellation agreement
In order to terminate training completely we will need a full calendar month’s notice.

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR – Q)
For ages 15 - 69
If you answered YES to one or more questions:
Talk with your doctor by phone or in person BEFORE you start becoming much more physically active or BEFORE you have a fitness appraisal. Tell your doctor about the PAR – Q and which questions you answered YES.
You may be able to do any activity you want – as long as you start slowly and build up gradually. Or, you may need to restrict your activities to those which are safe for you. Talk with your doctor about the kinds of activities you wish to participate in and follow his/her advice
Find out which community programmes are safe and helpful for you
If you answered NO to all questions:
If you answered NO honestly to all PAR – Q questions, you can be reasonably sure you can:
Start becoming much more physically active – begin slowly and build up gradually. This is the safest and easiest way to go.
Take part in a fitness appraisal – this is an excellent way to determine your basic fitness so that you can plan the best way for you to live actively. It is also highly recommended that you have your blood pressure evaluated. If your reading is over 144/94, talk with your doctor before you start becoming much more physically active
DELAY BECOMING MUCH MORE ACTIVE:
If you are not feeling well because of a temporary illness such as a cold or a fever –
wait until you feel better; or
If you may be pregnant – talk to your doctor before you start becoming more active
PLEASE NOTE: If your health changes so that you then answer YES to any of the above questions, tell your fitness or health professional. Ask whether you should change your physical activity plan.
